Tanya Garcia

A passionate client and team advocate who believes relationships are at the centre of everything we do. With over 20 years experience working at leading marketing agencies, most recently as Vice President, Client Service at Jan Kelley, Tanya is focused on building her client's business by delivering solutions that will elevate the customer and brand experience.

Over the years Tanya has worked with brands both locally and globally, developed integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns for brands such as Petro-Canada Lubricants, Rust-Oleum Consumer Brands Canada (Tremclad, Varathane), Ministry of Finance, Education and Health,
GO transit, Metrolinx and Habitat for Humanity, to name a few.

This experience has also included over 8 years in pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing working with brands such as Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline and holding a position on the Board of Directors of the Ontario Pharmaceutical Marketing Association for over 5 years.

Ann-Marie Burton

An innovative, entrepreneurial and strategic communicator with client experience, most recently as Senior Account Director with beverage alcohol clients at communications agency PRAXIS.

A driven and creative entrepreneur who founded and led a national parent-focused digital media and integrated event marketing corporation from 2007-2015. momstown Inc was the first Canadian digital community for parents and was an integrated marketing pioneer in the social media
and digital space. Launched in Burlington in 2007, the organization expanded into 30 cities across Canada via licensed and corporately owned regional outlets. Ann-Marie led client relationships with Walmart Canada, Fisher-Price, Barbie, Hot Wheels, CBC Kids, Rogers Media, McDonald's Canada, Scholastic Canada, Tropicana, Quaker and others.

Extensive background in Consumer Packaged Goods with 8 years of cross-functional marketing, trade and business development roles at
Unilever Canada prior to entrepreneurship.

Ann-Marie is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University. She's a resident of Burlington and is active in the community with her 3 children's school and sports teams, as well a volunteer Board member of the Burlington Food Bank and The Gift of Giving Back (Canada's largest food drive) charities.
