LeftTurn CDAP Onboarding Hub

Welcome to LeftTurn Strategy! We’re really excited to be working with you on your upcoming CDAP digital journey. 


To onboard, we have created a set of “to-do’s” to complete prior to our kick-off call. These “to-do’s” include:

1. Signing the Welcome Letter
2. Completing the CDAP Survey
3. Providing any marketing assets
4. Providing access to relevant systems

1. WELCOME LETTER + SIGNATURE

Before we begin, we ask that you please read, fill in and sign the LeftTurn Strategy Welcome Letter for all new clients. It outlines important details about how we work and our commitment to you.

2. CDAP Survey

To get to know you a little better before we start, we have created a set of core questions related to your business goals, target audience, marketing efforts and technology.

The information in this survey will help us make the most of our initial session together. If you don’t know how to answer a question, don’t worry, we’ll be talking in more detail about each of the sections covered by the survey.

3. Marketing Assets

With CDAP we dig deep into your business to understand your brand, personas and industry. If you have any MARKETING documents created, we would appreciate that you share them with us. They can be sent to analytics@leftturnstrategy.com

4. Technology access

For us to truly understand your goals and provide you with the best CDAP recommendations, getting access to some of your systems provides us additional details related to your digital ecosystem.

Below are general requests – if you do not have all of these platforms, not to worry, that’s what CDAP is all about. 

analytics + search

Google Analytics – please provide Admin access to analytics@leftturnstrategy.com. If you do not use Google Analytics, we would still appreciate access to your analytics platform if you have one.

Google Search Console – if you have Search Console and it has not been connected to your Google Analytics account, please provide Delegated Owner access to analytics@leftturnstrategy.com.

Google My Business – If you have Google Business, please provide analytics@leftturnstrategy.com access to the account to see local results.

social media 

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) – Please add LeftTurn Strategy’s business account id: 240514140232036 to your Meta Business Suite so we can view your profile insights and content performance
LinkedIn – Please add Katie Turton as an Admin – Analyst to your page so we can view and export your analytics from LinkedIn.
YouTube – Please add analytics@leftturnstrategy.com as a Manager to your page so we can view and export your paid and organic analytics.

IF you have a social media posting tool that aggregates all of your social media insights and data in one place, you can provide us access to the tool as opposed to providing individual access to each platform.

email / crm

Mailchimp – If you use mailchimp, we will request a ‘Client Connect’ for the duration of the project.  Depending on how you use MailChimp we would require access to reporting and analytics as well as journeys if you use journeys

Other Platforms – If you use any other email platform (klaviyo, omnisend, ActiveCampaign etc), you can either provide us with our own login if you have a seat available for the duration of the project or provide us your username and password following the kick-off call.

ecommerce

Shopify – if you use Shopify we will request collaborator access, following the kickoff

WordPress – if you use WooCommerce, please provide analytics@leftturnstrategy.com access to your wordpress / woocommerce reporting platform

Other Platforms – If you use any other ecommerce platform (BigCommerce, Magento, Square etc), you can either provide us with our own login (analytics@leftturnstrategy.com) if you have a seat available for the duration of the project or provide us your username and password following the kick-off call.
